How Does Demolition Work?

Here at 5 Star Junk Removal, we like to keep things simple. That’s why, when you hire us for your demolition project, we will take care of you every step of the way. During our first phone call, we will offer you a no-obligations estimate for he job. After that, we will work with you to establish a 2-hour arrival window on the day of your appointment.

The Day of Your Appointment

On the day of your appointment, our junk removal team will give you a call to let you know they’re 30 minutes away. Once we arrive, we will take a look at your unwanted shed, deck, or other item and give you a firm, upfront quote for the job. All you have to do is approve our quote and we’ll break your structure down in to-time! Finally, we will haul off the debris and leave the space looking better than we found it.

Demolition Services on Your Time

As junk removal experts, we know that time is money. Because of this, we promise not to waste your time! When you get in touch with us, we will establish an arrival window–you better believe that we will arrive on time and in uniform! On top of that, we will be sure to call you ahead of time when we’re on the way so you can know when to expect us. Demolition doesn’t have to be a hassle!

How Much Does Demolition Cost?

From swing sets to play sets, sheds, and old decks, no two demolition jobs are the same. Here at 5 Star Junk Removal, we like our pricing to reflect that. Usually, we only charge our customers for the space that their debris takes up in our truck–labor isn’t included!

Do We Include Nominal Fees?

Occasionally, for structures that are difficult to get to or are exceptionally large, we may add a nominal fee for the extra labor. That said, we will share our upfront quote with you before doing any work–you can rest assured that we won’t hit you with any unexpected costs or hidden fees at the end!
